Graduation Requirements
ZAPZ Prep awards a 24‑credit high school diploma. Our graduation pathway blends accredited academics, future‑ready skills, and whole‑child development.
Core Academic Credits
- English (4 credits) – English 9–12
- Math (4 credits) – Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre‑Calc or Consumer Math
- Science (3 credits) – Biology, Chemistry, Physics/Environmental Science
- Social Studies (3 credits) – World History, US History, Government/Economics
Additional Required Credits
- World Language (1 credit)
- Fine Arts (1 credit)
- Health/PE (1 credit)
- Electives (4 credits)

Life Readiness Track (4 credits)
- Grade 9 – Civic Power & Political Literacy
- Grade 10 – Entrepreneurship & Innovation
- Grade 11 – Adulting 101
- Grade 12 – Career, College & Capstone
Mental Health Track (4 credits)
- One mental health course per year
- Includes wellness, stress, relationships, trauma, and prevention
Senior Capstone (Required)
All seniors complete a capstone project in one of three tracks:
- Micro‑business launch
- Civic action project
- Professional portfolio
Advisor Graduation Approval
Students graduate when all credits are earned, mastery is demonstrated, and their advisor confirms readiness for post‑secondary pathways.
