Who Is Change For The Community?

Change For The Community (CFTC) is a trusted Orlando-based nonprofit dedicated to uplifting families, empowering youth, and strengthening neighborhoods through unity, compassion, and community action.

Founded by Shaniqua “Shan” Rose, CFTC has grown into a respected community anchor — known for its hands-on support, family-centered programs, and unwavering commitment to serving those in need.

While Shan continues to serve the community in broader leadership roles, CFTC remains an independent nonprofit organization with a dedicated team focused on providing essential resources, stability, and hope to families across Orlando.
